I came back and changed the feedback I previously sent. During pandemic period the store was prompt in delivering the necessary acvarium necessities, all of them were sent home within the same day. Thank you Nevertebrate.ro Team! Highly appreciated! We've been buying most of the products for aquarium from here in the last 2 years (or even more) I am extremely disappointing by the "last treatment" in the store in Cluj. A change in attitude would be required in the sales department if you are willing to sale in the store, else online shopping is more friendly than people present there. Adding in regards to your reply: Online experience: 1. Our visit during pandemic to your site location was caused by the fact that the previous order (with delivery) ended up at home with the flowers in a deplorable condition (broken flowers) Site experience: 1. Once reaching the site location (and waiting outside for good minutes 30 ), inside store you had already 2 different customers (out of which one had 3 kids) which were exploring the store with no restrictions; therefore the rule seems quite confusing if you do not apply it 2. The waiting time in the store/now outside as well is always extremely high 3. The attitude should definitely change into a more customer oriented one With regards, Claudia
