if you're using Revolut for payments via bank transfer (the only way they let me pay online), you are doomed to wait 2 to 3 days until they see your payment, but not if the weekend is coming... they wouldn't send you anything if you show them your irreversible transfer invoice. Good Job...

The new location at the mall is very unfortunate. The area is smaller and it feels disorganized. I was at the store for at least 30 minutes looking at various products, not once did a single member of the staff ask to see if I was looking for anything. Instead, about three of them were hanging out by the refrigerators on their phones without a care in the world. That is seriously unprofessional. The previous location of Media Galaxy was large, better organized, and the staff was more helpful there. I came all the way from Dezmir because I wanted to see things in person before I buy them. I was disappointed because the store is not what it once was service wise and layout wise.

Ok prices, some staff is friendly, some not. Decent variety of products. Bought a defective controller but it was easy to return and exchange it with another product. The security guys are hilarious and laid back

Awful experience. Bought a blender. No One tested it before selling it. Got back with it after only one usage before those 14 days to expire. I didn t receive my money back, they only offered to fix it after i insisted and said that it was probably my fault. A lot of broken from fabrication appliances!! Would not recommend it!

Putting products on the shelves you can't sell due to technical reasons is not cool. Seeing a shop manager desperately scroll through emails and making phonecalls would be funny, but they are massively wasting the clients time.
