Beautiful old building with a pretty garden. There was a modern art exhibition in the basement (works by students of the university, small but quite good) and a photography exhibition in the main hall (sadly closed on that day due to some event organized by the university which owns the building). There is nothing about King Matthias, who is said to have been born here. The admission fee is 10 lei.

This building is the University of Arts and Design now. There are theoretical lessons and you can only view the hall.
