Wonderful location, so many wonderful things bought from this place, very fast and polite response from the staff

Frequently they are out of stock of various items. The parking is always full ( possibly from outsiders coming to Cluj and leaving their car there for a whole day) Other than this, I always had a good experience with the staff and there is a good variety of products to choose from
The drive in service is very poor. The waiting time at the casheer is always long, 3 cars min. 30 minutes. The drive area is always occuppied by products, without leaving space for cars to stop.
Not great, not terrible. I found anything what I was looking for. People are helpful but they need some more smiles on their faces

Great store with a large selection of products Only issue is the wait in the wood working/cutting section, because they allow people with very complex cuts thru the day (even if the webpage mentions that if a piece requires more than 8 cuts, it will require a custom order that will be fulfilled in a few days)
Short waiting lines fairly good variation of products and most importantly there child push carts designed as cars. My 4 year old enjoys shopping here.
