I bought a couple of items and I wanted to get a receipt for my company. The CS agent informed me: it's no possible due to system issues. Very simple answer and not even bothering to explain or perhaps find a solution, cause there is always a solution (having CS manager experience abroad- 8years). Customer service -10. It's not an aaceptable answer from such a big company. Companies from Romania are not practicing the right customer service steps. After I got the satisfying answer the lasy with another colleague was in a rush to discuss the break cause its more important then the customer satisfaction. Indeed its important the break, but after she did her job how it should be done. Vroiam sa decontez cateva produse in compania dar am primit un raspuns simplu: Baza de date nu merge si nu putem sa facem nimic. Relatii clienti -10. Nu este un raspuns acceptabil de la o companie ca Leroy. Asa ceva numai in Romania exista. Dupa ce am primit raspuns doamnele aveau chef de a vorbi repede, repede despre pauza de masa, ca nu au altceva de facut. jale cu J mare!

Large array of products although not very systematically presented online (e.g. it would be nice to know the covered surface for a box of ceramic tiles or to have a selection criterium based on the dimensions of tiles). Rather understaffed, sometimes you get frustrated looking for tens of minutes to find someone to guide you. Speaking about frustration, the wood cutting at Aurel Vlaicu shop was not available for a couple of months due to a missing part. The transportation home and, especially unloading of the stuff, is rather pricey. The staff is tired towards the end of the day, doesn't pay much attention and you might end up with the wrong items delivered. Correcting the mistake can and will take time and effort and cost money especially when the item is sold out in the shop you originally bought from. The two shops in Cluj work as totally separate entities (the one on Turzii looks better supplied, with a larger variety), transfers are not possible between them and there are even price differences between the two. The problem is particularly obvious with heavy stuff when you want an item from one shop (e.g. ceramic flooring) but they have not the wall tiles you want which are available in the other shop. There is no way to combine the two items in the same shipment. You make two orders and two shipments. Overall a good shop, but the devil lies in the details.
You get the market average in really good quality, but it lacks the variety of smaller stores that aim for specific niches (e.g. you don't have such variety in floor tiles that you get in a store specialised in flooring solutions). The parking might need some extra 20-30 spots, and it's a bit pricier than other similar stores. Great experience though and great service!
This is my go to shop when I have to buy stuff for a new home. They have everything here, and I mean it. This place has very good prices, good quality products and has attracted lots of customers for this. You won't regret a visit!
Great selection for DIY products and building materials, great prices and helpful staff, not so many furniture selections but everything else you need is there.
