This was the second laptop repair solution I tried. Unlike the first place I went to, this company quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed the problem. There was a small fee for the diagnosis. This took less than two business days. Once that was complete and the problem had been found, they called and got my authorization to proceed before doing any work. The were successful. Noteworthy is that their suggested solution was not at all what the first place I went to had recommended. Had I not used Broadly LaptopFix, I would still be dealing with the first store, who had been going down the wrong rabbit trail all along. The entire experience took less than three business days; they were speedy and professional; I was very satisfied. The man I dealt with also spoke excellent English, which was a plus for me.

My laptop's been entering sleep mode on random occasions for months. I suspected it was a battery problem, so I took it to the service. I got the battery replaced in 24 hours and got a warranty, no diagnosis fee and all. They are proffessional, fast and very helpful. I'm glad someone recommended them to me, so I'm doing the same.

My laptop didn't start at all because of a power issue on the motherboard. I took it to Broadly LaptopFix, they diagnosed the issue immediately for NO diagnosis fee and fixed it very quickly in 48 hours. It costed 250 LEI. They gave me WARRANTY on the fixed issue. They are professional, very quick and they speak English. I am very satisfied by their outstanding service and will come back to Broadly LaptopFix if I ever encounter any issues with my laptop again.
