Nice stuff but a bit hard that a sales person in a speciality place like this does not know what a Japanese bath is.
Very unprofessional! I wanted to return 2 UNUSED pieces from a set of 3 pieces of a bathtub because I didn't need them in the end and they refused claiming that all 3 pieces were sold as a whole and one cannot return only part of them. I will never buy anything from them!
