Sorry to say but this level of service is not acceptable. I am coming with specific questions, after investing my time and energy to run some research about the bank products and on the opposite, the representative of the bank is not prepared to the conversation. She does not know the terms and services of the bank products. What is more she is trying to get rid of me, by saying that I should call info line. This is ridiculous! If I would like to do that I would not lose my time and come to the branch. I give you and advice, if you are foreigner living in Cluj-Napoca, better choose different banks. For example BRD representative explained me similar products with can-do attitude, paying attention to every detail and in calm, nice manner, after 30 minutes all my doubts were clarified.

Vă rog actualizați programul cu publicul de pe Google, dacă s-a schimbat din motive obiective (covid). Astfel evitați să "puneți oamenii pe drum, degeaba"! Programul afișat actual (Iunie 2020) este: 9:00 - 17:30, cu pauză între 13:00 - 13:30, pentru dezinfecție!

Am avut o experienta excelenta cu personalul de acolo si doresc sa spun ca am activat destul de intens ca si client atat pe persoana cat si pe firma.
