There were no measures taken for covid whatsoever. The bus was completely packed, no empty seats. The driver himself wasn't wearing a mask, neither was approximately 50% of the riders (one person was coughing too). This is extremely disrespectful and irresponsible, you should be ashamed of yourself. Do not take this bus company during the pandemic.

Though they assured us, that Corona protection measures will be held up when we booked, we had to find out this was just a lie. People were taking of masks and the driver asked more and more people to hop on. 1,5 m distance? No way. You were lucky if you had 15 cm to your neighbour. People coughing without masks all the time. And though we asked the driver to change it, he couldn't have cared less. If you want to stay healthy take another bus company to get to Cluj.
Good connections but a refurbish would be nice.

Am colaborat cu Fany și șoferii acestei firme de nenumărate ori. Întotdeauna a fost bine cu mulțumiri de ambele părți. Recomand!
Plusuri - pe ruta Cluj - Campeni soferii sunt foarte de treaba si orientati catre client - doamna de la informatii este draguta, m-a ajutat de fiecare data si prin telefon si fizic Minisuri - autogara arata deplorabil - doamnele de la bilete sunt foarte irascibile, parca le deranjezi cand le ceri bilet, nu iti raspund nici la buna ziua - pe ruta Cluj - Sibiu am prins niste soferi la fel de irascibili . Parca ii deranjezi cand ii intrebi ceva sau le dai buna ziua. Nu is orientati deloc spre clienti si parca isi fac treaba cu sila. Nu vreau sa generalizez dar unii dintre ei ar trebui sa inteleaga ca totusi lucreaza cu oameni.
