Last but not least,even shorter waiting time despite the crowded ward on Saturday morning,the 9th of November, 2019 when you attended to my 88 years old mother with so much dedication , adequate skills and explanations.. Horrendous environment. When you walk up 10 nurses chain smoking out front, and the security guard sleeping in a stretcher. Doctor Maria Cristina Anghell told a man to get up off of his bed and told me to lay down on it without changing the cover. She is rude and careless. I have a nasty cough that could be contagious or pneumonia- did you change the bed after me? Pig. Trash cans overflowing with medical waste. Not much glove action happening. Tied a cotton ball onto my arm with a piece of torn cloth. When they did the X-ray the woman forced me hard against the machine and told me to put my necklace in my mouth , my shirt was up and instead of respecting a woman’s body , they did not lock the door so I was exposed to a room of strangers. They jammed a needle in my arm painfully and carelessly, after seeing me cough my lungs out for 20 minutes someone finally brought me a mask and tied it around my face like I was an animal. The staff is in a circle (5-7ppl) eating pastries 5 feet away from patients, that’s gross... I started to cry (silently) because I realized these people don’t care , probably even care less about me because I’m not a Romanian , and they aren’t going to help me at all. So they roll their eyes at me “why you cry?” Because I think I just got something way worse than what I came in with.

Evitați sa ajungeți aici si daca se poate NU pe tura \medicului\ de garda Szabò Katalin un \medic\ care pare iesit la pensie, plictisit,lipsit de profesionalism si empatie. Începând de la asistente pana la doctorul de garda,cu putine exceptii toti par indiferenți la problema ta si te uita prin ceva container sau salon de asteptare. Poate daca intri peste ei cu masina, toporul sau tupeul nesimțit ai putea sa beneficiezi de investigatii medicale in timp util. Ar mai fi multe lucruri de povestit din experienta de cinci ore si jumatate total neplăcută de la UPU Cluj strada Clinicilor,dar ma opresc. Acestea sunt serviciile medicale de urgenta primite după o viata de munca si plata a tuturor datoriilor la stat?
Au intervenit cu o promptitudine fenomenală, NU m-am așteptat la așa ceva ...credeam ca vă dura ore întregi de așteptare , FELICITĂRI , pentru modul profesional de care au dat dovadă ...multă sănătate și fericire, le doresc .
