Iv called to set up an appointment and after introducing my self the lady that answered the phone replied "yes?", she didn't even introduce herself or something. Even tough i did my best to be polite, over the whole "conversation" she had a condescending tone and acted like she did me a favor talking to me on the phone, needless to say, I'm glad we count to sort out an appointment. I would never use the services of someone that was so arrogant and treated costumers with so little respect, even if maybe the services are good.

Mi-am tratat cu succes o sinuzita urata care imi dadea mari batai de cap. Tratamentul a fost unul usor, simplu si in cateva zile n-am mai avut nimic. Recomand cu incredere dna dr. Alma Maniu, pe langa faptul ca e un exceptional profesionist, este un doctor calm si cald, interesat de pacient, cu care poti discuta.
Mulțumesc mult, stimata Doamna Doctor, pentru reintrarea mea in lumea “asurzitoare”!!!
