I shipped a package via DHL here. It costed around 600 RON. It arrived crushed and all wet at the destination. The contents inside (more than 1000RON worth of toys) is almost entirely destroyed. The children who have been waiting for these gifts to arrive had tears in their eyes when they received the package. I hope there is a special place in hell for this kind of pathetic incompetence. I am not even going to mention the attitude of the people working here.

DHL way too excesive. They have Cargus also, better price.
I don’t recommend this at all if you need to receive packages from out of the country as they will make you pay fees and commissions in order to get your package and if you don’t they roll charge you a storage fee per day ... I never had to deal with something like this and it should not be allowed this way.
This location doesn’t stick to the schedule they display on the door or G maps. Really bad experience .
Avoid DHL if your parcel is coming from outside EUROPE. They charge you 19% VAT (that is normal) but also 30% for the service !!! Thieves !!! Even more, when you ask explanations, they don't want to speak in english, despite english language selection when you call. This company has no shame.

avoid DHL. this courier company is below the level of the Romanian post office. I made several imports with them and waited more than a week after they entered the country. the problem is not with the customs but with them because other companies release the packages the next day. from now on I will call UPS, they go to customs before the packages arrive in the country and on the day they arrive they are released from customs.
Package sent Monday from UK received Tuesday here in Cluj at my office at 15:34. All good and all according to delivery date. Could not believe it :)
