Problems with online shopping, delivery and transportation. The app was not working, the stocks are not visible in app and the order was made by phone for online purchase...Delay in delivery and not taking care of goods when transported. In each box of floor tiles, 1 or 2 tiles were broken. Otherwise the personnel inside the shop is helpful and into client serving and needs.

Pros has a good stock of products. Most of the cases you can find what you are looking for. employees are helpful returning a buying product (respecting terms and conditions) is easy Cons - more expensive than other similar stores - always crowded if you have a 9-17 job and will visit it outside your working hours (on Sunday you might not even find a shopping cart) - employees are busy and you will have to wait for their help - big lines at the register Covid temperature check at the entry sanitary alcohol at entry and exit employees are wearing their masks accordingly * separate entry and exit (doesn't help at all as in the store everybody is waking in every direction) - customers walk, stay and wait way too close to each other and you have to tell people personally to keep distance from you - customers are not wearing their masks over their nose and dedeman employees (along with Dedeman I guess) are not taking any measures

Always crowded parking ( I heard that some commuters leave their cars in Dedeman parking ) Besides this, the staff is friendly and they have a good variety of products. Since they compete with other stores for low prices, some products have poor quality

You can order a bunch of stuff on-line and they'll go around the store to gather them for you, no extra charge. You pick them up outside the store at the delivery gate. Saves a lot of time, especially with small items like screws, water pipe fittings, specific length of cable...etc... and you don't have to wait at home for the delivery.
