I always go for the cryotherapy followed by massage. It is one is the best I have received. They use a mixture of sports deep massage as well as infrared treatment. It is great. I had an injury in my arm and it helped me recover quicker.

I can’t recommend Narcis enough. He’s a specialist when it comes to sport/medical massage. I’ve been going to his centre as an addition for my back/shoulder treatment. My wellness is on a whole different level. I can also recommend his massage for faster recovery from sport. I also tried the criosauna once and I enjoyed it a lot; planning on doing a 10 day session in the future.

Coolest place on earth . Most revigorateing sauna I’ve ever tried. This was an experience everyone should try, at least once. Signature Health Center - the place where I found great people and great services! When I started going into the crio-sauna, my immune system was down and every month of the year I had the flu.
