Chill, quiet and full of nature, this park is what you need to take a break from the polluted Cluj-Napoca. Come here and breath a cleaner air with less than 40 pm 2.5. Also, I'd have liked not to see thrash around, but it's well know that Romanians are lazy and pay no respect when it's about dumping thrash in the nature. Parcul Colina is great, no matter what.

The place is nice, but it really needs to be modernized.
Beautiful in winter, nice playing in the snow with kids.
Full of dogs without leash. Public tanning place that might interfere with a lovely walk in the park.
