Ordered my bike from them some weeks ago (an 2019 Ducati Monster 1200) . The overall process was very enjoyable and I am now riding my new bike with a big smile on my face. The staff there are hands down among the nicest people I have ever met. While I was around them, I constantly got the feeling they don't just do business. They actually care about your choice as a customer and they'll help you along the way with any advice (even if it means you'll end up buying from elsewhere). Furthermore, they’ve just recently partnered with Ducati, which is good news for any Ducati owner from Cluj, since as far as I know, they are the only official ones in the area. Thanks to this partnership, they were able to order my bike directly from the factory (Italy) and assemble it in Cluj. Can’t wait to visit those people again. It was truly an awesome experience all around.

Not a bad place to.go shopping for parts. But it feels like the employees are working in slow motion or takeing other calls when you talk sith the about ordering parts.

Stored my bike here for winter and had a basic service ready for spring. The guys kept in touch to check when I wanted to pick it up, and were able to ensure it'd be ready to go a month in advance. My 22 year old bandit started almost perfectly after 5 months in storage, and rode like a dream. The guys had it ready to go, with a new chain and sprocket set, and new filters, plus they cleaned some of last year's grime away. All for a very decent price, and good communication meant I knew what was going on each step of the way. Really pleased with the work, and would highly recommend. Plus, the shop upstairs has a lot of decent gear.
