Stunningly rude and arrogant delivery people - so little respect for the job they are doing and their customers. I would rather use Posta Romana than having to deal with them again.

Delivery service is really bad. Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of April and today is the 4th of May, still not here No useful info on the tracker and they do not pick up their phones. Attached the proof here. So much for safe deliveries during the pandemic. I would have gone to their place myself to collect it, but I would get fined. Good job Cargus...well not really.
Best delivery company i had worked with so far. Always received my packages on time. The staff is nice and friendly. One of the boys delivered my package after his shift ended because he was in the area at a friend. He went beyond his duty to do that for me. Great service and fast delivery. Thank you!

They don't want to help their clients in anyway. Even though I contacted them to provide the missing phone no for a parcel that had already arrived in my city, they still sent it back to the country it had been send from. Useless company
Very bad delivery service. Even though an order should have been delivered (as it was requested) on Saturday, it is already one week later and the order is still in their warehouse. These packages are in the destination hub since Saturday but no one cares to deliver. Of course, there is no proper way to contact them, as after 3-4 minutes with a "robot" and 1 minute of actual waiting time for an operator you get automatically disconnected. No need to mention that the products have been paid for...
Their warehouse It's hard to find. I had to go to pick up a package because they mixed 2 deliveries for my company. When i was looking for them in the warehouse i found a third package from another late delivery, which I was told to pick up myself or I might not receive it. I do not recommend them
It is the 4'th working day since my package arrived in the warehouse from Cluj-Napoca. The online store I ordered from told me that I will receive the order next day. Couldn't contact them after waiting 15 mins on the phone. Big mistake to pay upfront.
