Hi, Bike Point, Visiting you I had the worst experience ever. You don’ deserve to be called service. I regret the moment I took the decision of stepping inside, asking for a 27’ inner tube. The owner was rude, at least. He didn’t bother to take his eyes out of his phone screen while the was saying no to my question is the most hateful tone I met in a human convesation. Like I offended him with my question. No matter what bad day you have, you don’t talk to people like that. I really hope we don’t cross trails or roads again.

4 times out of 4 they sent me to other bike services while they were watching TV just because my bike is not expensive so they didn’t feek like wasting their time on it. All of this while they had nothing to do in the shop at that moment. Rudest staff i ever met, strongly don’t recommend.
