Cristian Bacucu
Low class, for the unpretentious
It is a two-star establishment and I'm not sure it meets them both.
When I was there, the Guesthouse was full, accommodating a team of construction workers, which, probably, had a long term accommodation contract.
A relatively well-positioned villa in the city, in a neighborhood of houses, relatively close to the Airport - 20 minutes, is situated on an unpaved road - be careful if it rains, there is a lot of mud.
Parking is included in the price of the room, but it has only two places, which is absolutely insufficient in relation to the capacity and if you take into consideration the fact that the owners also have a car, it turns out that you will probably park on the street.
The room is large, with a balcony, which is a big plus, but it was dirty when I was there, the wall was sprayed with coffee, probably, and I found a pair of old socks in the closet and dust everywhere.
In the room were two beds, put together, but at one of them, an arch was skipped, which made it uncomfortable - actually, you must be really tired to be able to sleep in it.
The bathroom is large, with a bathtub on the corner, but the jacuzzi mechanism does not work.
In the drain of the bathtub I found a strand of unclean hair.
The water was cold and I had to wait 1 hour to get some hot water for the shower because the Boiler does not cope with the number of guests.
The guesthouse offers a common kitchenette, but it is very small, and if the guesthouse is full, you have no place to eat and you must wait to be liberated.
In this kitchenette you do not find knives, it is unclean and not ventilated - if someone, before you, has warmed a meal containing garlic, you will smell it for the next two days, in the whole pension.
The lady, the owner of the pension, is nice and tries to help, but it is clear that she is overwhelmed by the situation.
