The desert always smiles

It's small but it does the job. However, it gets very crowded and no place to sit in the waiting area. There are a few shops with decent prices around but the cafe have limited seats. So mostly, you will have to wait for your flight standing. It's hard when you have kids.

This is an airport in the process of development, it got larger, it’s got a second runway, and I think is that most crowded airport in the north west part of the country. The services for persons with reduced mobility are good, not excellent but people are friendly and always there to help you. There is a trolleybus connecting the airport to the railway station, line 5, passing through the Center of the city. The airport is normally quite crowded, and it’s used by both regular airlines and low cost once. You can easily hop on a taxi right at the exit door of the airport and prices are decent for that service. The airport is located close to the city in the southeast part of Cluj-Napoca

Just a normal airport quite small but very useful. Since few years they have extended and added some new gates on the first floor. Good connections.

Covid restrictions are not being respected. They crowded all of us in a bus from the plane to the airport exit. It was impossible to keep any distance (evem 50 cm) between us.

When going through the security check they make you take your shoes off and go and buy slippers from a machine, and people are waiting in line. The staff is constantly yelling at the customers and there is not a lot of waiting area and it is very crowded.
