Place an order in their show-room for a simple part, I was told the part would arrive in 2 weeks and they would call me back. Waited 1 month, no sign from them, so I called them! They knew nothing about my order and said they would call back the next business day. 2 weeks went by, still no call from them. Finally I went to the showroom again to ask what is going on and complain about the lack of communication and bad customer service. I was again postponed to the next business day as they had no idea whether the order existed or what happened to it. Then finally I was contacted to pay and pick up the part. No apologies, no excuses provided, staff not friendly or customer oriented. Overall, after me trying multiple times to contact them and waiting over 1 month, this was a very disappointing experience. If it’s bad service for such a simple request, my trust in them is very low.
