Had to contact consumer protection to exercise rights after they delivered a broken product. Even the returning process was horrible. Never going to buy from them again.
Very friendly staff but when I had a problem with my order and the staff couldn't solve it, the manager was not reachable. Their online system is very poor and not always working.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately no so many products on the stock. Maybe it was a crazy sell week.
Staff unsupportive, they are speaking ugly with clients, touching their phones instead of helping clients!! Avoid this store!!
