I used the company for a relocation from Germany to Italy and the service was excellent. During a global pandemic, I had quick and friendly communications, the loading was very careful and professional, the van arrived to my new flat a day in advance, and it's great value with a highly competitive price compared to other companies. I am impressed by their service ! They moved my furniture and personal belongings from Switzerland to Romania. The staff was amazing ! It was a snowing day in Switzerland, they cleaned the snow in front of the building ( even if it was not their job) to park the truck , they came back to pick up some things ( was not their fault , we forgot about something) , they delivered in 3 days in good conditions. I was forced to move the things earlier than initial plan and the company supported me to solve the problem faster . So WOW service! Strongly recommended XMove Trans and thank you again for your support and professionalism !
Affordable price and great customer service! I just used the service of XMoveTrans for moving my stuff from Denmark to Germany. Contacted them on short notice and they were available, then got a change of plans and moved the date two more times, they were very flexible and understanding and that was a great support in such a stressful process, like moving. I am very grateful for their customer service, really great job! Relocation itself went smoothly as well, the truck came in time and loaded all our stuff (we packed ourselves), arrival was also on time and unloaded quickly. All things came unbroken :)
I strongly recommend Xmove Trans for an international move as they offer an excellent service for the best price offer. We moved from Austria to Romania our furniture for a 2 bedroom apartment, including electronics and fragile objects and everything was handled with care and arrived unbroken. We organized the entire move in 10 days and they were flexible to accomodate our dates and needs. Compared to all the other quotations i asked for, Xtrans answered immediately and carefully analyzed all the details in order to estimate the volume and avoid bad surprises. I can confidently recommend the moving service, as we have used it twice and were very happy both times. Our stuff was handled with care, the movers paid attention to fragile electronics and even potted plants! The team overdelivered even, as I was given the option to receive the goods ahead of schedule, which I took and was very pleased. I hope to not need their services soon, because moving is stressful no matter what, but if I do, I will call XMove first!
