Best service in town....super staff *****
Good place to chill with friends and family. It has a great variety of beverage, cocktail, light drinks, pizza, coffee and alchool. The place looks nice, great tables, couches and sofa. Further more, it has a court where you can relax when the weather is nice :) overall is a great place for all ages and all kinds of people.
I didn’t enjoy my time here and not because i’m a picky or pretentious customer,but due to the fact that the hookah was not good(they didn’t even bother to change the coals even if i told them more than once,the flavour was different from what i ordered),i didn’t receive napkins(even if i ate) and the waitress was busy all the time doing all kind of things except serving us. Bad service per all.
shisha is the worst i ever tried, tasted like coals, smoothies tastes like ice with syrup, a complete waste of money

Even though I cannot speak Romanian as I am from NY, I lived in Germany for a year now looking for the mint chocolate chill flavor shisha I stumbled upon while living in San Diego. Haven’t found it, however the Honey Double Melone here at XO was definitely a suitable replacement for the mint chocolate chill. Didn’t know what to expect, but glad I tried it out. Here on a work trip, the second time and I pretty much drop by right as I get off. I will be here again in January for work again and will be making my way to XO. Great shisha, good food, friendly employees Mircea and I had a good conversation as Barcelona and Madrid was playing. Not too into soccer, but it was interesting seeing how passionate he was about it. All in all, great experience and highly recommend anyone who wants to come.
