Prices high quality low. This is the sentence which describe worldclass. Going there for almost 2 month to Worldclass In City, subscriptions starting from Gold, i have silver but im going there because they still trying to renovate the Asmita swimming pool. In City pool: - they dont clean the swimming pool, there is a lot of sand on the bottom - the water pumps in charge recycling and filtering water are not working, there is a lot of hair, dead fly and slime in the water - the main dry sauna is out of order because, they say it is a fuse problem - the dry sauna from the mens showers is working but the nails are coming out of the bench, i broke my swimming suit in the nails. I report all of this problems to all the receptions agents that work there, but looks like nobody care. P.S If you just go there for the GYM or CLASS its ok

Even it is renovated the gym is not looking like a Gold club. Many fitness equipment is broken and the gym looks untidy. Many bronze and silver clubs looks ten times better. I hope WorldClass will solve the problem. The gym is not worth the money at all. ....
The gym management lacks responsibility. For many years I’ve been going to this gym and they rarely listen to customers complaints and even more rarely improve the quality of everything considered in the gym. The machines are not well maintained, they are in a degraded state and nobody seems to care, not to mention that for Gold level the machines are old and not updated for so so many years. Even Plaza Romania which is and old bronze level club has better equipment and much better and responsible staff. Newer clubs with bronze and silver levels are by far much better equipped. For the aerobic and cycling classes the air conditioning is not working well, compromising the very quality of the training done in there and also disturbing the other people working out in the rest of the gym because they keep the doors opened for ventilation and the music is very loud making it unbearable to workout during the time the classes are ongoing. The surface of the gym and locker-room is relatively small for a gold level gym but still the cleaning is not well maintained. Theres often dirt everywhere. I never understood why this gold level gym is always behind most of the bronze and silver ones. My only conclusion is the staff is deaf and blind for the needs of the customers and really dont care that much. I hope Virgin will improve the quality of Worldclass clubs after they take over the group in the near future.

Its alroght good area to swim within good sport equipment and nice staff
It’s a great gym with friendly coaches. The fitness machines are okay, it’s just that I almost never found the weights at their place. It’s a little bit crowded if you don’t go really early in the morning.
