Very good service. I ordered 30 booklets A5. 10 min after ordering via mail I was called, discussed about paper and other technical aspects of the paper weight /printing / binding, etc.. Two days later I had the prints. That was nice. Recommended!

Totally unprofessional! They took all the payment in advance for 100 pcs business cards with the promise to be delivered in 48 hours. After almost 2 weeks, I still haven’t gotten them!!! They constantly lie about the order and now, when they ran out of lies, they are not returning my emails or phones.
Extremly poor experience. I went to customize a T-shirt and they said it would be done the next day. Called in to see what time i should pick it up, and they said that the order would be completed \the next day\, given the fact that i had to go out of town, and the T-shirt was needed the day i could pick it up. tl;dr : Go somewhere else. A company that can't keep it's word is not worth doing business with.
I’m writing this review in English so all national and international clients can understand it. If you wanna save time, money and hassle, don’t work with this team. I ordered some business cards and after emailing them and calling enough times to make sure everything is ok, they told me to come and pick them up after 11am next day. I was there at 12.30pm. Surprise-surprise! My business cards were not ready and the very unfriednly secretary told me I needed to wait or come another day to pick them up. Also, she said she’ll need to redo the design as it’s not according to the standards (whichever those are) and she will have to redo them. Why she hasn’t told me this before? Why she didn’t fix everything before they told me to come? I decided to print my business cards somewhere else and not support their unreliable business. Do yourself a favor and don’t print your documents there.
I had the pleasure to collaborate with TipoMedia for many digital print projects ranging from business cards to flyers. I was always impressed by the quality of the products and the availability of the latest technologies and techniques on the market.
They lie and work super slow. When you ask after 5 days what happens with your business cards, they lie again! I mean, how can you possibly work in these conditions and expect to have clients?
Lots of models to pick from and the responsiveness and attentiveness are very good.
Very unprofessional and unreliable business. We placed a pen order for an international event. The pens were not printed according to our demands and the quality was very poor. The customer service was below average and the employees acted and talked in a rude manner. In the end they did not correct the mistakes on the pens and their employee Irina Mironiuc said \ she has more important clients to attend\, after one of our employees waited an hour and a half at their office. We'll not use nor recommend this provider.
