Ooh my God - ooh my God!!! I was totally shocked! I thought I will never give five star to any place ever. But this restaurant is truly a five star one. First of all the food is heavenly delicious, the grilled and the smoked meats are irresponsible, I think here are the best and the biggest burgers in Romania. The second here is a endless menu for countless burgers, I personally couldn't get to the end of the Burger Factory's menu, cause every time at the middle of it, I found at least 3-4 burgers I Wanted to try badly. People these tasty burgers are HUGE they start from 500-600g each but you can find also burgers almost 1,5kg. Yes-yes I didn't mistype, exists burgers almost 1500g. The third is the Burgers name, they are uniquely composed, they make the burgers even more special. The fourth would be the interior design what is really uniquely combined, the industrial style with some hip-hop elements... People if you come to Bucharest these burgers are the Must Have burgers, try them!

One of my best experiences in Bucharest. I'm more of a fine dining restaurant fan and when I go out with my family, I expect great service, food and location. I have to admit that it took a lot of time to get our food. Time. Time is important when you are hungry, but I will be objective and only comment about people working there and the food. The waiters are always in a rush but kind and pay attention to customers. The burgers are amazingly delicious and the fries too. So give this place a chance if you want a great culinary US experience. You won't be disappointed by the food. Expect to wait for it... Almost 50 minutes to get the food. But it was well worth the waiting. 5 stars definitely all in all.
I was thinking that it was over promising until I taste it. My new the most favorite burger in the town. From the location and the internal decoration it is obvious they target young generations but they also made a fan over 40 here! :)
A bit overrated and hyped up, but good overall. The burgers taste good, but nothing unbelievable, the presentation of the food is cool. The staff was welcoming and pleasent to talk to. The portions are huge for a good price. The menu is too big, there are a lot of burgers that look same. Basically burgers vary in sauce and spice levels. A burger has its base of bread, lots of cabbage and then everything else are toppings.
The aspect of the food overall is really good. Unfortunately you should stick to admiring the food, the taste is not as you would expect. The burger patty is of a really poor quality, the first few bites it might seem ok, but after a few more it becomes disgusting. I ate here for 3 times because I thought the bad experience I had the first time was a mistake, but it was not. Unfortunately it’s a one star from me.
Fantastic burger! Good presentation, good taste and lodes of different types. The patty is well condimented and it smelles great. The patty has a little to much water for my taste, I would have preferred it to be cooked more. But it is very good. The place looks great but the music is to loude for me, but I would not subtract stars for that.
The food is amazing until you taste it. We've got the food an hour after we ordered and it was cold as well and burned. The janitor was really nice though, therefore, the one star is only for him!
We waited an hour until we got our food, and it was burned and also cold which was not a great thing for the melted cheese. From what I could tell, they are prioritizing online orders rather than the ones at the restaurant, therefore the long waiting time. Honestly I just believe they forgot to ring it up. The burgers LOOK good though.
