Worst food delivery service in Bucharest - order arrived with considerable delay, absolutely no way to get in contact with the delivery guy, no possibility to effectively track the order.... I would much rather starve to death than order again using this stupid app !
Food ordered, paid, still did not receive it after 2h 20minutes although no traffic at 10 in the evening. Guess wont receive it anymore. What else to comment. Can not track the order, can not reach anyone from the delivery service.
Never seen such bad customer service support at any food delivery service. These really don't care, it's clear takeaway doesn't pay them enough.
Worst food app. We order the food online and after 1.5hrs the restaurant staff called me to say that the takeaway staff is not there and the food is getting cold for almost 30min.
Food diversity and improved services
awful service. I placed the order at 2 PM, paid online and 2 hours later they didn't even process the order. I wonder why this company is still on the market if they are not able to deliver the services they promise.
A strategic advice to local management: immediately cancel your contract with PayU, if a credit card provider requires 24hrs to confirm a payment while already blocking the cardholders account, then your business model of quickly delivering takeaway food is simply not gonna work. PayU is your bottleneck, fix it or face defeat! I gave you two stars because your call center agent was on the ball trying to help, I really liked his attitude. It is a shame that such talented folks get wasted in a broken process.
