Unfriendly staff... their schedule is not true. They accept just COVID tests after 11.30, but other tests just untill 11... there is nowhere this information. I got there at 11.15... my bad !

Very fast and the staff were friendly and warm. I had blood tests done here recently and was actually a pleasant experience. Nice surprise - will use them again
I've been doing my medical analysis here for a long time. I especially appreciate the efficiency of the medical personal. At the front desk the girls are kind and helpful. The waiting room has an automatic system to let you know when your turn comes. Nurses have a light hand, they are quick and this really helps.
Very rude staff, lots of bureaucracy which takes priority for them above the interest of a critical patient. Horrific experience, even for a doctor used to tough systems.

Calitatea personalului este penibil de jos. Am fost data afara (haideti afara doamna) deoarece am ajuns la 12.01 (am batut la usa cateva minute) pe motivul ca nu mai primesc mostre pentru analiza, doar pentru teste PCR. Degeaba am spus ca am facut 40 min pe drum (proba trebuie sa aiba maxim o ora). Limbaj de mahala, profesionalism inexistent. Nu recomand!!!! Am cerut numele persoanei care nu stie sa vorbeasca si a ascuns ecusonul...penibil!!!
Singurul minus e timpul mai mare de asteptare pana la recoltare dar ma asteptam la acest aspect avand in vedere contextul pandemic actual. Personalul e amabil si rabdator si iti ofera explicatii legate de investigatii. Timpul indelungat de asteptare in opinia mea se datoreaza clientilor dificili care stau si completeaza formularele de la receptie ca si cum ar fi unicii clienti ai laboratorului, nu stiu exact ce investigatii vor sa faca si nu le pasa ca mai sunt 20 de persoane la coada in spatele lor. Am vazut un episod de genul derulandu-se in fata mea.
Am constatat scadere socanta a calitatii serviciilor din receptie in ultimii ani, desi doamnele asistente din cabinet sunt amabile, cu toate ca sunt depasite de volumul de munca. Este inacceptabil pentru o firma care in mod sigur isi permite sa plateasca personal suficient, doar pretul analizelor nu a scazut.
