Very unprofessional experience at Studio Foto București! Radu has been disrespectful from the very start of the session, being insulting and creating an uncomfortable environment. He lacks a total understanding of customer service calling me names at every occasion. Yes, the quality and price of the photos are great but the overall experience given his attitude has discouraged me to want to be his customer again. There are better places in Bucharest for professional photographs.

Very unprofessional. The photographer did not want to cut the passport photos and told me in Romania nobody cuts the photos; totally untrue. He only have me a receipt after I repeatedly requested and he were asking for ID numbers etc in order to give me a receipt. On their website for the biometric photos it's written that they take multiple photos and you choose the one you like , they also mention that they send the photo on your email or save it on a USB stick. He didn't want to send me the photo I payed for and he only took one photo because he said I will use it on Facebook. Well I guess I can use my passport photo for which I payed for wherever I want. It is clearly written on their website that they give you the photo on electronic format as well as printed. Their website is totally misleading. Also there studio at the ground floor of a very old building, you can only access it after you called them and book an appointment which I obviously did since there is no other way to get to their studio. I called them on Saturday morning and the photographer was free so he told me to go, then he wrote I didn't have an appointment . LOL. Not recommended, waste of money and waste of time.
