Atrocious customer service!

Got sold a defective ring (missing small stones). When came back 30 minutes later for a refund, was flatly refused. The lady advised to bring the defective product to their repairment centre at Unirii mall and either get it repaired there or ask them for some kind of paper that would give me the right to get it replaced with another ring of the same model. She also added that since I left the store, I lost my right to ask for a refund, which is obviously not true. It was hard to argue there due to language difficulties but the service is very disappointing and I will definitely be filing an official complaint about their unfair practices.
