Second time that I needed a surgery in 6 months and what i want to say good job sanador for improving your services from last time when I was here and I give you 1 star. I had yo fo a MPFL recunstruction now an I wanted the same doctor his name is Crintea Alexandru, is a super-doctor he has a very nice ability to calm you down and give to you power to go forward. Now i had a plesent procees from admiting to going home, the anesthesia was painless almost the care was suprem. What i still see space for improvement is on nurses and auxiliary personal, the improovment is pacient comunication and promptitude, only speaking about the personal that take care of you in your reserve. Thank you doctor Crintea Alexandru, and all the stuff that were involved in my care!

Later update: On a positive side, after escalating via email, we’ve just received a very polite call, from Sanador, promising help on a final matter that still needs solving. Upgrading this to a 3* rating for the rapid and constructive reaction. ....….................. This review is waived at max 2 stars only due to extremely lime adminstrative and customer service received. While the medical personnel is doing their best and some doctors are really top, the level of other services you receive is rather poor and sometimes naughty. First, the ladies doing whatever they are supposed to do in there, are not communicating properly and seems to have no clue about how the process involving an insurance company goes. Then, apparently you need to pay in advance like you could run after the anesthesia and they forget having all personal your data! Crazy! Next, of course, they charge by mistake more money and they don't know how to proceed with a partial refund on the same card you've paid with. So you need to give IBAN details in order for the Accounting team to wire you the money. Whenever they will do it....Yes, in 2020, this is how they process a refund! Double crazy. Last but not least, when asking what is next and what are you waiting, standing after the medical intervention, not feeling at 100% of course, and telling them this....well, some \smart girl\ slaps you in the face with \we are also not feeling well\. I mean, who needs empathy, compassion, customer care these days, anyway..... We've had enough. Never again in here. Too bad for the good doctors still working with Sanador. ps. By the way, in pandemic times, there is the same access for people coming in and out! No separated flows. I'm not a professional but I find this to be wrong. Maybe I'm wrong.

My experience was awful. I went in asking for a simple treatment and they refused to help me. Never heard of a private hospital refusing a customer willing to pay and also someone who is seeking medical care. They would not even give me a reason why. I recommend avoiding this place.

Excellent customer service and lovely atmosphere clean and safe place. Professional and expensive as private hospitals with such services. Good relationship with the doctor and specialist in assistance people. The investigation went exactly as it should be with no incidents. I recommend for procedural reasons and relationships; Blood analyses and diagnostic tests or comfort.big stress with parking space around and that’s our responsibility.

The team was very professional, understanding and very patient with my wife and I appreciate their care and the time that they spent helping her to deliver easy our baby.

I called to make an appointment with an ENT specialist. They offered an appointment that same day. The cost was very low compared to US. Clean facility, all staff we interacted with was very nice, short wait time, the doctor was very professional and took her time consulting my child. Great experience.

I made an appointment with 1 week in advance and had at least 3 confirmations for it over sms and phone call. At the appointed time I had the great \pleasure\ to find out the doctor is not there and will have to wait for an extra hour for him to come. The doctor saved the image by his professional approach but for the clinic was an experience not to recommend.

Awful. Lack of empathy, no communication (I've waited half a day to know that my wife was ok and my baby was born because the doctors just forgot to inform me...) chaotic organization. If you want an hospital which will ruin the birth of your child, go for Sanador!
