The worst place I have ever been with my cat. They could not diagnose the cat so they recommended a full set of blood investigations, after which they gave me the cat back saying the poor thing was fine. They would not listen to me for a second and disregarded all symptoms i had mentioned, and which were obvious, by the way. After going to another vet, i found out the cat had an infection and after the first dose of medication it started to feel better already. I also found out they took blood sample from the cat s jugular, a thing i would have never agreed to, had they asked. Do not go there unless you want your pet and your pocket abused!!!

I came in with an emergency with my dog and it was treated as such since first step in their clinic. I must say the staff is extremely professional and with big hearts. They kept me informed very frequently with the health state of my dog and intervened quickly with the right treatment to put him back on his feet. Recommend this clinic fully.

You know that's a good veterinarian when you return with your dog for control and he's literally going nuts of happiness just to hear the doctor's voice... Needles to say that they are professionals to the maximum extent maybe some of the best doctors in emergency veterinary medicine in Bucharest! They saved my dog's life and for that I will always be grateful! Thanks, guys! Frankie misses you! :)

We just had a first insightful and helpful doctor - \patient\ meeting with the passionate Dr. Adriana Ionescu. As fresh owners of a puppy, we could feel that we have a reliable support in her, in the advice we got, in the explanations of the vaccine scheme, in everything needed to step ahead with our little new family member. The clinic is open non-stop - this came as an extra comfort. We will be back to SpeedVet, hopefully just for routine checking. Thank you!

I've been there with my cat in distress and the receptionist considered that is not an urgerncy since there is no blood. Went to another who immediately took care of him between other emergencies.

Horrible services. They take your pet away in a separate room, run their tests, don't show you the results, only claim that the situation is worse and worse and then they need to keep him overnight. The price for everything is absurd (you're better off taking your pet to the Vetenary College than here) compared to any other vetenary around. Avoid them at all costs. They didn't even give us the results of the echo tests and we needed them later on. You're better off burning money or throwing it away than giving it to these thieves.

They claim that your pet is dying from one issue and when you go to another vet for a seccond opinion you find out that he is fine :) They assume the worst scenario possible to make you stay there so they can drain you out of money. Waaaay too expensive compared to other vet hospitals.

I went there for neutering my male cat and for giving him the third vaccine. The staff was very friendly and they explained calmly what I should do in the next week to be sure my cat is ok. They even gave me a paper with recommandations and advices regarding the cats medication. They monitored the cat after the surgery and waited some hours until they called me to pick him up. So when I took the cat home, he wasn't dizzy at all (this was a big plus because I knew he was monitored in the first few critical hours).
