It’s been a real pleasure to visit the showroom and to be served by the specialized personnel out there. The showroom is magnificent, is quite well located, easy to be found and really nice inside. I’ve been in search for a car, which I actually got in the end as I’ve decided to get a newly developed Ford Ecoboost 1.0. I’ve been guided through the whole process by Mr. David Dragomir, who reminds me of what it takes to be a real professional employee of the showroom. I was really impressed by his knowledge, demeanor and his interest in serving a client such as myself and guiding me from the very beginning up to the final moments of delivering the car to me. Good job, David! I’d recommend you with pleasure to anybody, and I’d also recommend you for an upgraded promotion to a higher position there. You’re worth to be promoted! Once again, thank you Tiriac Auto Showroom and thank you David for your service.

worst experience possible!!! i was scheduled at 9:15 in the morning for oilfilters change and some bearings replacement on the wheel. at 16:30 i got the reply that the oil change is done(7h!!!) and that the bearings could not be replaced because they do not have them... the cost for the bearings in one week would be 1300 ron. i left and scheduled the car in other place and replaced the bearings for 620 ron(quite a difference!!). i do not recommend at all this place, you pay twice the price.
