I dont have words to express how much I ADORE SHAYA PILATES! I have been doing their online classes and I must say that I havent felt so exhausted after one hour of pilates! I feel amazing and my body looks better by every class! The staff is so joyful and I really thank you for what you are doing!

I love Shaya Pilates Studio! Jhonny's one of the best trainers I've ever had! His positive energy and great vibe is contagious and every single time I train with him I'm having so much fun, I don't realize when time flies! Oh...don't get me wrong, it hurts like hell! If you think pilates is easy, Jhonny is gonna show you it's just a myth because his standards are so high you'd be surprised how complex pilates can be! And I was also surprised by the variations of the exercises - they are endless!!! Every single day I use a new tool, a perform a different type of exercise and a new pain, hahaha! I truly love working out with Jhonny and I'm addicted to pilates thanks to him! Thank you for everything and I'll never stop working out with you! Keep doing this because you're a superstar!
Love the place and the instructors. Comfortable and well equiped studio, instrucors are dedicated and very supportive, service is good. Also, what is very important for me- instrucors are responsible, they dint reschedule without reason and never late. Ive been doing Pilates for more then a year now with one of the studios trainers and feel impressive improvements in my health. Definetly would recommend Shaya Pilates for both- pilates newers and experienced clients.

Recomand acest salon pentru aparatura moderna , curatenia impecabila pe care o pastreaza , dar cel mai important , calitatea oamenilor care lucreaza in acolo , atentia pe care o acorda fiecarui client si ptr ca au reusit sa mentina constante toate aceste calitati.
