VERY BAD customer service, if you are abroad and have a friend or relative hospitalised here, you are spoken to very very rude (by a man called Davilet) who makes it impossible to know if your friend or relative is in good care or health.

I will speak only about the humanity of the doctor me and my family dealt with since I had my father admited last week. The premises needs work as all medical facilities in Romania but the doctors working here really do superhuman work with superfew tools at hand. Thank you doc!
