I took my battery dead Citizen Skyhawk to them for battery replacement. They charged me for diagnose to tell me what I told them from the very beginning, that the battery needs to be replaced. Ittook 3 days to diagnose and they said that it will take a month to have the watch fixed, obviously at a ridiculous price.

Am un ceas Casio Gshock GWN q1000 pe care se chinuie sa îl repare de la sfârșitul lunii septembrie 2020. Ceasul a fost trimis cu o problemă la display, a venit fără să îi mai funcționeze busola asta după ce teoretic ai schimbat tot mecanismul și a stat în service peste 3 luni. L-am trimis din nou, după 2 săptămâni am sunat și am fost informat că în următoarea săptămână, a treia, urmează să i se schimbe un senzor și mi-l vor trimite înapoi în magazin. Fiind în săptămâna în care trebuia să primesc ceasul am sunat din nou în service pentru a afla statusul reparației. Răspunsul a fost că nu am înțeles bine ce mi s-a comunicat și că defapt ceasul nu e gata, senzorul nu se înlocuiește ci se comandă un nou mecanism. Cât mai durează nimeni nu știe
