Today I've interacted with 4 Tiriac Auto employees for 2 different issues with my car. In one hour I left the service with both issues solved and with a nice felling that we can be normal, we can have a polite and professional experience with a very client oriented attitude. Thank you!

Been here just for non service related problems but after interacting with 3 employees I was sure that I will never come back again for anything related to my car. Bad attitude, unprofessional, I would not risk to let my car on the hands of someone who speaks with you like you went there to beg something.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Very unprofessional and untrained mechanics. Worst service ever. They stained the dashboard with sweat and engine grease. They put tap water instead of distilled water in the antifreeze. All this done to a car worth over a hundred thousand euros. Places like this give mercedes benz a bad rep. I would not go here again if it was the only service on the planet.
