We ordered some wine glasses and even though the order arrived fast, I am very disappointed by the overall experience. When entering the shop, the person that was sitting at the reception did not respond to our greeting and didn’t even acknowledge our presence. He was talking on the phone but even so his attitude was not customer-friendly. Later another person came but she also seemed bothered by us wanting to get the order and pay for it. So if you want good customer service, don’t expect to get it here.

We ordered some wine glasses in the morning and the store called in the afternoon to tell me the order is ready. This surprised me in a very good way! The next day we visited the show-room to get the order and the staff seemed not to notice us and didn’t even responde to our greating.

Worst people ever, in the past they made fun of clients with broken products and wouldn't respect their legal obligations and wouldn't repair the products, so for me they deserve low grade, they are not worthy.
Preturi f bune, servicii profi. Comanda ma astepta pe un carucior pt a o transporta la masina. Recomand!
