Totally unprofessional, they do not have stock for the products they sell and you have to buy and pay the items you want to order, waiting for them to deliver the items at an estimated time. If you are trying to see what is going with your order and if everything is as scheduled they can not provide updated informations about the order. In 2 weeks they were not able to provide a tracking number for the order, as it is mentioned on their website. 2 weeks after we placed the order, the phone operator is telling me that the order is not shown even shipped in their sytems. Meantime, their delivery terms it says that tommorow will be delivered. They are not able to take care of elementary tasks they suppose to. All they will tell you are lies, they are not able to explain you anything, they never answer to emails and if you call them, al they do is passing you from a person to another. The person who is mentioned as responsible for the order is telling you to call an speak wit the Customer Service. What else do you want more? Very rude, not recommended, look for another supplier if you do not want alot of troubles.

Very rude customer service, never have the products on stoc and have long delivery terms with no guarantee of delivery. Not recommended.

Horrible service! Do not buy anything from this company! I'm trying to get in touch for a month in order to change a product that arrived broken & with the case bended but with no success. No answer at the phone for weeks from the Romanian branch. I have no other way but to sue them for my money back. This kind of company should be banned from doing business.

0 (zero) customer support. They shipped a defective product and are now avoiding calls. Spend your money elsewhere. If I could leave 0 stars, I would!

Nici nu știu cu ce sa încep. Nu respecta termene, spun ca produsele sunt în stoc dar de fapt lucrează când vor ei, dacă încerci sa discuti cu cineva, ți se răspunde arogant și ești trimis la plimbare..

As da si zero stele daca as putea. Termene de livrare mincinoase cu niste costuri foarte mari. Timp pierdut aiurea cu o comanda in care produsele sunt pe stoc... dar in depozite diferite. Optimizare Zero! Profesionalism Zero! Reprezentantul comercial cu care am discutat m-a indemnat sa anulez comanda daca nu imi convine... Bravo!
