My kitchen appliance was broken, dropped it off and got a call later that day when I was told it would be 450 lei to fix. I was willing to pay, the guy advised me it wasn’t worth spending that much fixing it, I appreciate his honesty, could have easily just taken my money and fixed it. He was professional and friendly.

Ordered a vacuum filter replacement, which I was told would take up to 30 days to deliver. The shop would call me when it arrived. No news from the shop. I called the call center (there is no direct number for the shop) after 34 days - they didn't know whether it had arrived, and would write an e-mail to the shop (the call center is not in the same city as the shop). I was told they would call me back. No news. I called the call center after 64 days - same reply. No answer from the shop, the operator would write another e-mail. Eventually, I went down to the shop - it had arrived 1.5 months before, but nobody deemed it necessary to call me or answer the e-mail from the call center. They allegedly never received it, and they told me all merchandise in stock should be visible to the call center operators. I asked for a direct number to the shop and was told they can't give it to customers, since then there would be \too many calls coming in everyday\, which would mean they \will not be able to get anything done\, and that I should use the call center number. No explanation on why they (the staff at the shop) didn't call me to let me know the parts arrived, in the first place, as we had agreed at first. If possible, I advise avoiding this place of business, as they still need to learn about the basics of manners, let alone customer service.
