Horrible customer service! Never buy anything from them! I can't understand why any artists would work with such a horrendous agency. I bought some tickets 13 days before a concert and they were supposed to deliver them in 7 working days. Of course, the concert is tomorrow and I still don't have the tickets. I wrote 4 complaints using their website contact form, with no response for any of them. There are no phone numbers to call (the one here doesn't work), so there's no chance to get in touch with them other than that contact form. I filed a complaint with the Customer Protection Agency and hopefully I can at least get my money back.

Bought tickets for Ed Sheeran's concert in Bucharest in July 2019 but I turned out I cannot attend. As tickets were with names, I mailed them with an ask to change the names to another person who was able to attend instead of me. They say, this is possible and to just visit their office and do the name change. My friend went to the office and he has been told this change is impossible. This cannot be a serious ticket reseller as they are saying one thing and then - doing nothing. I also tried to cancel the tickets and get at least some of my money back but never received a reply on the mail I have sent them. I do not recommend. They are totally liars for me. I do not recommend.

I am from Bulgaria, my friend, who lives in Bucharest, bought me tickets for Ed Sheeron. Tickets are in his name and we understand we have to change names so we can go to the concert. I was hardly connected to an event, and finally they told that my friend would have to go to their office and change the names, but he had gone twice and refused. Now we are losing our money and tickets, and they lost his time. It would be much easier to change airline tickets and anything else but tickets from Eventim Romania. Before buying tickets from them, consider whether to do so. Very poor service and communication with your customers. I definitely do not recommend them !!!

Bought a ticket a concert in Bucharest that turned out I can't attend. Paid the option to get the money back in case of cancellation and I've been more than one month contacting them. Big delayed to answer my request of cancellation (in the website didn't appear the option). They told me I would get my money between 3-15 days. It's been 3 weeks already and I don't have it. Sent them email again to ask the reason and still waiting for the answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I could not get my money back for a canceled concert. I am trying from more than one month, opened 3 online tickets... The phone number (with over tax !!!) shown on the site is not working at all. In case that you have other option to get your tickets, use that one.

I got two tickets for Metallica, supossed to get a gift for almost 200 euros a ticket, spent hours to solve the issue, lost the first group concert. Eventim representative so unprofessional, tried buying time, in the end we give up the gift even if it was so clear on ticket description. I've seen dozens of people on the same situation, I still don't know how they sorted out, still waiting for a reply from Eventim until now (two weeks). I guess I will sue them, I can't lose on this case. DON"T buy tickets from them !!!

I tried buying tickets to an event from their website 2 times and the 3rd time tried to at least reserve them. Both times I received emails in which the orders and payment receipts were confirmed, the money withdrawn from the account, only to receive the next day another email in which they were saying there are issues with their reservation system and they will reverse the transaction. I did this one week apart thinking they will fix the issue, but nothing was done. The 3rd time I thought of at least reserving them online and pay when picking up the tickets, but this also returned an error on their website. I lost the selected seats 3 times because of this issue and their customer support team never got back to me after I reached out. Also, I thought you are allowed to only buy "4 tickets/ order/ transaction / client", but this is obviously not true since one person bought a huge stack of tickets... Am incercat sa achizitionez bilete la un eveniment de pe site-ul lor de 2 ori (iar a 3a sa le rezerv) si sa fac plata cu cardul. In ambele dati mi s-au confirmat prin e-mail comanda, primirea platii (banii fiind retrasi din cont), ca in urmatoarea zi sa primesc e-mail in care mi se spunea ca tranzactia va fi returnata si comanda anulata din cauza unei defectiuni in sistemul lor de rezervare. A treia oara am incercat doar sa le rezerv si sa le ridic direct de la biroul lor, insa am dat de o alta eroare. De trei ori am pierdut locurile selectate din cauza aceasta, iar serviciul lor pentru clienti nu mi-a raspuns nici acum. De asemenea, credeam ca limita este de, citez, "4 patru bilete / comanda / tranzactie / client". Cu toate acestea am observat ca persoana din fata dupa care am asteptat a cumparat un teanc imens de bilete...
