Words are cheap and prices are high. Ordered a promo menu from Takeaway.com and one of the items was missing. They said if we order from them again, if we write in the note they will include it to correct their mistake. So we ordered again, wrote the note, and did not receive the item. How long shall I keep giving them my money in the hope they will give me what I am owed?

Best place to either get a pizza or spend a lot of money in their deli buying some of the most delicious Italian cold cuts, wine and deserts. Highly recommended!
Fantastic quality of the products in the store and meals in the restaurant. I ate pizza like the one at Sara only in one place: in Rome. The staff... oh, the staff... Adina and Villy... are one of the warmest, most professional and most hard-working team I have seen by far in a restaurant. Thank you very much for the great evening!
A really nice place with great Italian food - I like the atmosphere and the fact that many of the products they use are original and you can taste the difference right away. Pizza and pasta dishes are the best and there are a lot of options you can choose from. Almost all the time the place is full but this is maybe one of the things which I love about the place - is always alive. Prices are a bit higher than the average, but I think they are worth it.
Here I discovered that Pizza Hut was a lie for pizza. Pizza here is so good that you understand why pizza eaten with ketchup is an italians blasphemy.
The waitress behaviour today, 8th November, was extremely offensive and way out of line. No patience at all, snapped at us that we changed our order within less a minute and then after we ate when my husband took ithe pizza carton box inside to put it in the bin, she yelled at him to leave it outside (Geeeez!). When he left it next to the door, she comes agrily, picks it up and says aggresivily ‘Not here you should leave it!’ We were both in shock! This has never happened to us. When I went to her to explain her that my husband’s intention was to help her not leave the garbage outside, the chef came and while he tried to settle the situation, she raised her voice at him saying ‘Stop wasting your time with this client who got offended stupidly and go bake 2 more pizzas’. We will NEVER come back here!
Awesome place, excellent food & service! Definitely recommended. Really the best pizza I had in Bucharest.
Nice place, good food and a very good wine. Suitable for people who need a place for conversation.
