Excellent customer and bike service! You can't ask for more and I'm really nitpicky. They treat the bikes like their own and you as a long time friend. Communication is top notch, as you get informed of what work needs to be done, what parts and all costs, including service BEFORE any work starts. Service is fast (depends on workload, of course) and you will receive an estimation of timeline. They will inform you if an extension is required. No matter the price you receive, make sure you add something extra (not necessarily money), because it's worth every penny, as you will surely come back next time. One last thing that you have to take into consideration (which is not something they can do about) is that the compound where the service is located has a lot of rocks and dust, so make sure you don't mind leaving with a dusty bike, especially when windy. Hopefully the compound owner fixes this soon. Be safe and ATGATT!
My bike has been in their hands for 4 years now, wouldn't take it anywhere else. Not easy to find honest and passionate professionals that charge a decent prices these days, I'm glad I did.

Chose these guys based on some random advice on the street and then being convinced by the great reviews here. Went to their shop and Razvan acted very profesional, so I was convinced i made the right choice. But then 2 other guys put in the labour and Razvan would only come by when they were troubled. The other guy fixing a chopper nearby dropped fenders whitout much regret. They bere scratching my exhaust on the ground with me standing by. All in all, after doing some work on the bike it seemed to me it was in a poorer condition than when I came by. Not to mention that random parts such as a wheel were hand tightened when they started the engine to check work done.
