Made an appointment for dermatology and upon showing up doctors asks me how many units have I reserved. I am confused. Units? Turns out appointments are timed to the nearest 30 min and doctor will not go over time allotment. The dermatologist who saw me kept wondering if she has time to apply treatment or will she just give a diagnostic and have me come back. Imagine that. Primary concern here was time not my health. She told me to come back in three weeks so I left like I came, nothing resolved. The whole thing masquerades as scheduling, but truth is that they are turning medical treatment into an assembly line to maximize profits. I am done with them, and as soon as my company's subscription with them expires, we will move to another clinic. I will make sure of that

I had an appointment made through the call center. It was early in the morning. When I went to the clinic they couldn't find my record. Anyways assistants told me I need to come back tomorrow or pay out of my own pocket even though I have a subscription in Regina Maria. It was finally resolved when the doctor got involved. They would have just turned me down if I didn't ask persistently for a reason.

Nu se respecta programările pentru ca asistenta nu este în stare sa recolteze, motiv ca nu găsește vena pacientei.... Incredibil sa dureze zeci de minute.... Nu recomand Policlinica regina Maria Enescu corp B pentru recoltare sânge.

Am fost pentru ORL la doamna Raluca Sticlosu. Este foarte bine pregătită, amabilă și este delicată cu echipamentele. Totul a mers bine. Recomand
