Definetly the worst experience within Regina Maria clinics. First of all it is difficult to reach from inside the Sun Plaza Mall when you go there for the first time. There are no signs on the black door saying this is the way to the clinic. If you enter the door you need to go downstairs (again no signs telling you to do so) where you reach the parking area and looking to your left you will see 3 elevators. Take elevator C cuz that's the only one that takes you to the second floor. The second point is the contact with the receptionist. Desptire the fact that I have completed the online form regarding covid, they will tell you to to this again because you need the paper to bring it to the other reception where the Xray and MRI are. The second receptionist was a blond lady not knowing probably what common sense is. She tells me to fill in another form and tick Yes on all statements without having previously received the information risks and all regarding the Xray I was about to do. Lastly, she tells me price I am supposed to pay is considerably higher than what the call center agent has informed me when I made the appointment. Given all these, and the fact that this whole mess made me be 20 min late, I gave up, asked for my ID back and left with a bitter taste. Never again!

It was decent overall. Some consent and signatures had to be done since it was about radiology. I sensed some tension in the air, but it was acceptable when you have tens of patients per day. The nurse was very kind and funny with the kid.

Poor organization, discrimination on the basis of the source of payment (there is a queue for poor people - with medical insurance - and one for cash payers), and after this first filter of staying to a long queue for 30 minutes you will find out they have a second reception, with another queue, and another sensible receptionist. The receptionists don't raise their eyes from their smartphones to advise their clients, they don't use the air conditioning on waiting spaces on the hottest days of the summer, they don't release the results of the analyzes in the original on request (they don't assume responsibility for their fairness), and when they do it, finally, you receive only a half of your results, as revenge. In conclusion, as a tester of four private medical providers, I strongly don't recommend this one.
One of the worst medical experiences in my life. Went to a MRI examination and it was awful. No introduction to the procedure whatsoever, very hot in the room, zero communication from the medical staff, along with the waiting time before going in. Would definetly NOT recommend MRI examination here.
Arrogant receptionist , not helping. It took 22 minutes to do my check in , filling in “useless paperwork” and waiting for the receptionist to “register” me . And then I waited another 17 minutes because “I was late due to slow receptionist”. I am a constant cash payer and expecting different service for what I pay. However no apology , only unprofessionalism . If I need to wait and money is not an issue I highly recommend a better clinic or simply take a flight and go to turkey. What a lousy service I messed up all my appointments for today plus 100euro for a lousy X-ray and waiting in the queue like in the communist days . AVOID THIS CLINIC.
Arrogant receptionist, doctors trying too hard to fake interest, everything is a complete joke. I had an appointment for blood exams, made by their own doctor at same \clinic\ some days ago and, after waiting in line (!) I was rudely sent back because I wasn't carrying doctor's paper (even though doctor registered exams on their system before my eyes). This is unfortunately almost the rule in Romania for the unfortunate who have \medical insurance
I am still waiting for almost 20 more minutes for my apointmant to take place...this is unexceptable... . This is a private clinic. If I wanted to wait...I would have gone to a state clinic...I thought that profesionals were hired here...No time managing skills from their side....
The receptionists are arrogant and not helping. Usually you will find a queue at the reception and usually the appointments are not respected... In the end I think is a managerial problem.
