Of course, why would anyone need heating/hot water when there's 6 degrees Celsius outside. Let's spend the money on filling our own pockets instead of fixing the infrastructure of the city that's been decaying for the past 20 years.

I understand the problems they are going through with the city hall, but the fact that we did not had water for 5 days, did not make an excuse. At first they did not even placed a notification. It was a surprise. I have friends who live few buildings away from me and they had warm water after 3 days. I had to wash my hair with cold water and I caught a cold due to this. Not nice!
