Edit: The problem has been solved, it seems they are not so bad after all. I received a free repair, the cost for the first repair was returned and now the phone is working properly. Thanks! I went to change my battery with a new one and I ended with a less good battery than I had initially. In my second attempt, I was told that they put in a new battery but they will change it. Guess what? even worse battery, when my phone is at 32% is closing. The back of the phone after 2 months looks like in the photo below. Good job guys!!!

I had the screen cracked. They postponed the repair two times and the second time they didn't even bother to let me know. The new screen is a different color, also the home capacitive button is not visible anymore and the other two are barely visible - it is like is not a new part at all. Avoid! Before having them saying I'm not in their database, I attached a copy of the paper they gave me when I let the phone at their place. Also, the owner is Hebrew, so you can discard all positive review with Hebrew characters :)

Successfully replaced my OnePlus 3T battery after they bought a wrong kind of battery 2 times. Edit: After 2 days the phone randomly shut down. After 4 days it won't start even when plugged in.
