I ordered stickers with the promise they'd be ready in three days. Nobody email to say they were ready. I went to the shop and they said they'd lost the order and never started! The office is very disorganized with boxes and bottles all over the desks. As I left they were laughing at the mistake. Not so funny in my opinion to be unprofessional and miss deadlines.
