I could tell the whole experience but it will take a will. Basically they don't care about animals, but just about money. They work superficially. They don't give all the information and recommendations needed. My experience started leaving them 3 kittens for their 24h service. The epilogue was the saddest one: 2 died and none of them could tell us the real cause(they were not sick). They never called us to let us know or apologise for the death of two of our pets. They never took responsability and refused to give us a complaint form.
